In all honesty things have been rough lately. I had to take a week or so off from creating because of the blitzkrieg. However, I’m BACK! Did you miss me? I missed me. I’ve been missing me for a while. Nothing like death, destruction, and drama to make you sit back and reevaluate certain things. Here’s the skinny:
I promised I would have audiobooks come out this year. They are coming out, that’s a promise. Both Objects: Stories of Things and October Sky are getting audiobooks (narrated by yours truly) this year. If you haven’t had a chance to pick up the short story collection, Objects: Stories of Things, please do. You can read along as I read aloud. October is also a special month for October Sky. I wrote this short piece over the course of October 2 years ago now. After I finished it, I took it down and put it up as a paid piece. However, since the month of October is the anniversary of the story, I try to do something special for it. (Haven’t had a chance to read October Sky? Pick it up on one of the Bookfunnel promos where you can get it for free. Or for pay, there’s that too if you want to support the cause.)
On the other end of the pipeline, I have the Flights of Near novellas. Rebellion in Arek (Flights of Near III) is almost halfway done. I’m trying to have it finished before Nano this year because on the 1st of November I start a brand new project. So look for that to become available soon. In the meantime, you can read the first two novellas, Flight to Darcen and Rescue at Parmlir, for 0.99 each wherever you get your ebooks.
In short, good things are coming. Life has been kicking me in the teeth, but if you know me, you know I don’t stay down long. I pop back up, the killer in a horror movie ready to go for another round.
