2020 is here! I’ve been thinking about this post for about a week, just trying to gather my thoughts. Truthfully, I enjoyed 2019. I got to cross some things off my bucket list. The biggest one was getting to speak at Dragon Con. Ever since I became a writer, I’ve wanted to speak at Dragon which is the first convention I ever went to back in 2005. So it took me 14 years, but I managed it. Now to see if I can get nominated and win the Dragon Award.
I also joined the Horror Writers Association last year late. Which means this year, I could be eligible for the Bram Stoker if I play my cards right.
So now that 2019 has been kicked out the door, what’s the plans for 2020? Honestly, I haven’t figured that out yet. I want to increase my writing career. I’m in a daytime/nighttime job I love. All things considered, I am content which for those of you who caught my earlier post means I’m about as happy as I’m going to get.
